Monache Chili was bound to be invented as a natural outgrowth of campfires and tall tales. The recipe below is the original, accept no substitutions. The primary difference between this recipe and all those other chilis is the use of venison as the primary meat. Due to the shooting skill level of the majority of the Gang members, venison isn't always availble, so you can subsitute any other wild meat or beef as you wish.
